Pensive Place

This is a painting of a favorite place of mine. It is where I go when I need to think about things and sort things out. It is serene, peaceful and quiet. I believe that the beauty of the lake, and the horizon, actually contributes to my thinking. For me, it is the perfect place to have when, as I say, life dances on your head. Life can throw you unexpected curves...Your journey can be on a road of twisty turns that you can't see around. I hope that you have a special place to go when you need to think.
